Global Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY: 

SeneGence is seeking a passionate and innovative Global Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role demands creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment with both short- and long-term deadlines. The Global Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute promotional campaign plans, collaborating closely with the marketing team on asset creation and the sales team to align on objectives. This role requires an understanding of international cultures and market trends to support growth in existing and new markets. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and emerging trends to tailor strategies for diverse audiences. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in supporting expansion into new markets, leveraging your global insights to drive growth and innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Plan promotional and campaign presentations and 
• Keep all planning calendar(s) up to date
• Coordinate and review all promotion requirements for materials with the graphics department
• Supports sales staff with market trends and new product information.
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics as well as international market research
• Act as liaison between SeneGence US office(s) and SeneGence International office(s), coordinating projects, presenting solutions for variances in content and activities, and leading meetings with them. 
• Work with operations on inventory needs and international shipments.
• Coordinate development and updating of country-specific marketing materials and training tools, ensuring accuracy and with a keen attention to detail. 
• Identify country-specific variances that impact business supplies and other marketing resources such as spelling of words, weight claims and warnings. 
• Develop international project timelines. 
• Coordinate with marketing and Tech teams to ensure consistency of international content on all websites is being met.
• Assistance with event planning and regional photo/video shoots, including travel may be required.
• Other duties as requested by business need. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods. 

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR POSITION:

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; frequent walking with occasional standing; may be subject to occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional carrying up to fifty (50) pounds; frequent balancing, bending, handling, feeling, and climbing; occasional reaching, kneeling, and twisting; vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks. 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The working environment is hybrid and subject to irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
