Industrial 5S Technician – Manufacturing Facility

Pay: $17–$19 per hour depending on experience

This position supports 5S and facility organization within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within production areas.

Applicants with only residential or commercial janitorial experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment

• Ability to follow 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness

• Ability to clean and maintain production areas, equipment, and walkways

• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials

• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the manufacturing facility

• Support 5S programs including sorting, organizing, and maintaining work areas

• Remove debris, scrap material, and excess items from production areas

• Assist production teams in maintaining safe and organized workspaces

• Ensure walkways, equipment areas, and workstations remain clean and organized

Work Environment

This position operates within a manufacturing facility involving production equipment, metal materials, forklifts, and active work areas.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Experience working in industrial facilities

• Experience supporting workplace organization or 5S programs
