  • Hillcrest Hospital South, a full-service 180-bed facility located in south Tulsa, offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services utilizing cutting-edge technology in a welcoming community environment. As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South stands out for its exceptional orthopedic care. The hospital’s RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses.
  • The Nuclear Medicine Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all healthcare services within the Nuclear Medicine Department.
  • This position assists with operational, financial, and personnel management activities to ensure efficient department performance and high-quality patient care.
  • Under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, the lead provides clinical leadership to Nuclear Medicine technologists, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • The role involves performing and supervising routine Nuclear Medicine procedures, maintaining quality imaging standards, and ensuring compliance with all radiation and physical safety protocols.
  • The lead exercises professional judgment in all aspects of work while maintaining a demeanor consistent with medical ethics and organizational values.
  • This position also maintains current knowledge of and compliance with ICANL accreditation standards to ensure ongoing accreditation and departmental excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
  • ARRT(N), or NMTCB, or ASCP(N).
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience
