Compensation Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications Competitive benefits package available for full-time employees Key Responsibilities Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight for correctional healthcare operations Deliver direct patient care as needed Supervise and support advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs) Review and approve medications and complex treatment plans Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practices Mentor providers and assist with complex clinical decision-making On-Call Responsibilities Participate in an on-call rotation as assigned Qualifications Required Active, unrestricted Oklahoma MD or DO license Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Ability to pass a background check Preferred 3–5 years of clinical experience Prior physician leadership or supervisory experience Correctional healthcare experience Why TK Health?
