We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Painter to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Satisfactorily completes interior painting for future move ins and all other areas of the property upon request following company policy and procedures.
- Preps area assuring that overspray or paint drips will not damage carpeting, cabinets, counter tops, tile, sinks, light fixtures, etc.
- Preps painting surface area making sure that all nail holes, cracks, etc. are filled in for a smooth, clean looking surface. Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Â
- Follows direction of Maintenance Supervisor
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in painting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team Player.
