Plate Roll Operator

1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | Overtime Available

Lloyd Richards Personnel is seeking an experienced Plate Roll Operator for a leading Tulsa-area fabrication company. This position is responsible for operating plate rolling equipment to form steel plates into cylinders, cones, and other components while working from blueprints and maintaining tight quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with heavy fabrication experience who enjoys working with large material and precision equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plate rolling equipment to form steel plates into cylinders and cones
• Read blueprints and work from templates
• Measure finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Re-roll cylinders after welding as needed
• Position and move material using overhead cranes and hoists
• Operate forklifts and other production equipment
• Inspect work and identify material or equipment issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

✔ Minimum two years of plate rolling or related fabrication experience

✔ Ability to read blueprints

✔ Ability to read a tape measure

✔ Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts preferred

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Reliable transportation and attendance

✔ Ability to work overtime when needed
