How you'll make an impact in this role

Data & Reporting Analyst – Healthcare OperationsWe’re looking for a data-driven problem solver to join our growing healthcare operations team. This role will turn data from multiple systems into meaningful insights, reports, and solutions that help drive better operational decisions.
Ideal experience includes SQL/Sequel, Tableau, data warehouses, Google BigQuery, and aggregating data across multiple platforms. Experience with Athena and Oracle/Cerner is a plus.

Your work will directly influence operational strategy, improve patient access, optimize clinic performance, and support data-driven decision-making across our healthcare organization.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Cerner experience
Ambulatory EHR experience
Project management experience

Senior Analyst Solution Development
