Salary:Â $65,000-$70,000, DOE
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
- Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients
- The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care
- Manage a varied clinical caseload serving all age demographics from pediatric to geriatric populations.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
- Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required
