We are looking for a Parts Specialist to help support that mission.  JOB SUMMARY   This position will work behind the counter in the parts department and be the “parts go-to” person Monday-Friday. It is helpful to have at least one year of experience in working with parts sales and delivery. Any experience with heavy equipment parts is a definite plus. All candidates should have excellent customer relations and communications skills.  Compensation includes a competitive, team-based incentive plan based on department performance!
