PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design equipment for assembly and testing of our productsÂ
- Manage projects for creating new processes and equipment design as needed
- Be proactive at solving problems and learning new techniques to increase production safety and efficiency
- Support day to day manufacturing activitiesÂ
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Collaborate professionally with team and peers
JOB REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Must be willing to do occasional travel. Some international travel may be required
- Have experience working in manufacturing environments. Â
- Proficient using CAD software
- Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions
- Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems
- Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringÂ
- Strong work ethic and detail orientedÂ
- Team player with ability to work well in cross-functional teamsÂ
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter willing to take on complex challengesÂ
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in manufacturing environmentsÂ
- ESP experience preferred
