Evening Janitorial Inspector - Bilingual

This is a PART-TIME, hourly evening position.

Shift Details: Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday

Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa as a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Inspector! As a Part-Time Janitorial Inspector, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. This position will cover the Tulsa Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
• Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• Part-Time

• Hourly wage of $19/hour.
• Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month.

Schedule:

• 20-30+ hours per week.
• The assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Janitorial Inspectors work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
• The assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm – 1:00 am. Many of our Janitorial Leads work from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am
