As a Phlebotomy Technician instructor, you will work on-site to provide hands-on training to our students. If you are passionate about teaching others and have experience in phlebotomy, we encourage you to apply. Duties and Responsibilities: Implement lesson plans and curriculum Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment Able to work on-site Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through appropriately Works when scheduled; begins and ends work as expected; calls in according to policy when arriving late for work or when absent; uses work time appropriately  QualificationsMinimum Requirements:  Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT), or other healthcare credential from an accredited organization, and a minimum of 3-5 years of phlebotomy related experience. Proven coaching and development skills, including demonstrated ability to support and teach Highly developed interpersonal skills Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills Energy, creativity and initiative Dependability, resilience, resourcefulness and enthusiasm 3 years of experience in phlebotomy in the last 5 years Able to provide hands-on training to students in the field of phlebotomy Is up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of phlebotomy Experience in teaching or training is a plus
