What You’ll Do: 

·         Deliver professional, friendly customer service 

·         Build and maintain long-term client relationships 

·         Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services

·         Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For: 

·         Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)

·         Strong communication and people skills

·         Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission

·         Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)

·         Reliable transportation and punctuality

Compensation & Benefits:

·         Pay:$13-$17 an hour with uncapped commission based on personal sales performance

·         Quarterly Raise Reviews with opportunities for hourly pay increases
