Who You Are:

Our Motor Modification Mechanic Associate will be responsible for modifying new electric motors with customer requested changes, and also for organizing and fulfilling orders in partnership with our Inside and Outside Sales teams. This position requires mechanical aptitude, ability, and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working with various basic tools and an understanding of basic safety protocols.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  •        Lift and carry product; operate a forklift and truck - valid driver’s license required
  •        Deliver accurate documentation, in partnership with the inside team
  •        Coordinate and schedule shipments in partnership with the Inside Sales and Supply Chain teams
  •        Maintain a safe and clean work environment – sweep and organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  •        Dis-assemble motors perform required modifications, re-assemble and test as necessary
  •        Utilize Dykman provided tools to perform the functions of the job while maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  •        Delivering products as needed (Clean Driving Record needed)
