BEVERAGE SERVER-SWING SHIFT

About the Role:

The Beverage Server Swing Shift plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for serving a variety of beverages to guests, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, the Beverage Server will engage with customers, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries they may have. Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Certification in responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and serving stations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.

Skills:

Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and providing excellent service. The ability to multitask is crucial, as Beverage Servers must manage multiple orders and customer requests simultaneously.
