•   Ensures that the restaurant is properly set and ready for business, checking for cleanliness
•   Ensures that all guests are treated promptly, professionally, and courteously.
•   Knows the menu items, specials, and prices.
•   Uses the pivot point system to ensure proper placement of food.
•   Takes orders accurately and completely.
•   Knows the current wine list and has an understanding of the different wines.
•   Completes all sidework and other duties as assigned promptly
•   Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated.
•   Handles any guest’s complaints or problems promptly and courteously.
•   Compliance with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental procedures.
•   Performs other duties specified or assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION):
•   Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
•   Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
•   Must also possess a cooperative, helpful, friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
