Job DetailsJob Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Full Time SUMMARY: Responsible for preparation and service for all Espresso Bar food and beverage menu items. Responsible for the daily set-up and break down of this work area; maintaining it in a neat and sanitary condition. Maintains the highest standards of menu item preparation following standard recipes to assure consistency of all beverages served. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Prepares and serves all food and beverages in the Espresso Bar. Follows approved recipes for the preparation of beverages to assure consistency while maintaining portion control and quality standards. Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment. Performs routine equipment cleaning and standard daily cleaning/maintenance as needed to keep the equipment in good working order. Prepares requisitions for supplies as needed to keep the station properly stocked and ready for business. Enter orders in the point-of-sale system, handles cash and completes transactions. Provides courteous Guests Service and adheres to Guest Service Standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age. Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification. Cash-handling experience preferred. Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively. Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system. Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test. Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license. Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.   Physical Demands: Must be physically able to perform all job requirements. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance. Work Environment: Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment. Must be able to work in a noisy environment. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
