General Laborer / Machine Operator
Location: Verona, MS
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and dependable General Laborers / Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Verona, MS.
The ideal candidate must have previous manufacturing and/or general labor experience and be comfortable performing hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. This position will involve operating machinery, assisting with production, handling materials, and performing various physical labor duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
- Monitor machinery and report any issues to supervisors.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing and/or general labor experience is REQUIRED.
- Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Previous machine operation experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to safely operate production equipment.
- Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable and willing to work the assigned shift.
Pay & Schedule
$15.00/hour
1st Shift
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
