Manufacturing General Laborer

General Labor Associate 

Shift

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  
• Monday through Friday (overtime may be required based on production needs)
  

Position Summary

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a temporary assignment at a manufacturing facility in Verona, MS. This assignment is expected to last 2 weeks to 1 month. Candidates will assist with a variety of general labor tasks, including moving materials, loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties throughout the facility.
  
• Move, lift, and transport materials and equipment safely.
  
• Handle both light and heavy lifting as required.
  
• Load and unload materials from designated work areas.
  
• Assist production and maintenance teams as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
  

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, with occasional heavier lifting as needed.
  
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
  
• Must be able to work overnight hours.
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  
• Repetitive lifting of light and heavy materials.
  
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
