General Laborer – Warehouse Operations

Schedule:

Training Period (Month of August):

• Day Shift
  
• Friday – Saturday ( Some Weekdays as needed)
  
• Candidates must be available to train throughout the month of August on the day shift.
  

Permanent Schedule (After Training):

• Night Shift
  
• Friday – Sunday Nights
  
• This will become the employee's permanent schedule following the completion of the training period.
  

Position Summary

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated General Laborers to support warehouse operations in both the Master Flux Department and Material Handling areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately throughout the facility.

During the month of August, selected candidates will complete required training on the day shift. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the permanent Friday through Sunday night shift schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including machine operating, assembly, heavy lifting, and moving materials.
  
• Must be able to work in hot environments. 
  
• Support material handling operations by transporting, organizing, and staging materials.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  
• Work the assigned training schedule and transition to the permanent weekend night shift upon completion.
  
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
  
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently throughout the shift.
  
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
  
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  
• Must be able to commit to the August training schedule and the permanent Friday–Sunday night shift.
