General Laborer – Day Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Verona, MS. This position will support daily operations in the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by assisting with production, moving materials, operating equipment, and performing various warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on physical work , can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in being dependable and productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing operations.
  
• Perform duties such as machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting .
  
• Safely move, load, unload, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility.
  
• Assist production teams with daily manufacturing activities.
  
• Work safely and efficiently in warm industrial conditions.
  
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and quality standards.
  
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
  
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
  

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is preferred.
  
• Must be comfortable performing physical labor and regularly lifting, carrying, and moving materials .
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment .
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
  
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
  
• Must be available to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM , with additional Friday and Saturday work as needed .
  

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Candidates must be flexible and willing to work additional days and hours when production needs require it.
