General Laborer – Weekend Day Shift

Schedule

Permanent Weekend Schedule:

• Friday – Sunday
  
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  
• Work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40 hours.
  
• Any hours worked over 36 hours will be paid as overtime in addition to the 40-hour pay.
  

Training Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed
  
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  
• New employees will follow this schedule for the first few weeks while completing required training.
  
• After successfully completing training, employees will transition to the permanent Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.
  

Position Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our warehouse team in Verona, MS. This position will support the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by assisting with production, moving materials, and helping maintain an efficient and safe work environment.

This is a physically active position suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and production duties, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting.
  
• Move, organize, and stage materials safely to support production.
  
• Work effectively in warm industrial conditions while maintaining productivity.
  
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
  
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
  
• Complete all required training before transitioning to the permanent weekend schedule.
  
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
  
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Must be available for the Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM training schedule, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
  
• Must be able to commit to the permanent Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule after training.
