Overview Role

Do you enjoy bringing people together and helping them create memorable travel experiences? We're growing our remote team and are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Group Travel Specialist.

In this role, you'll help coordinate travel for families, friends, corporate teams, destination weddings, reunions, school groups, cruises, and special events. You'll work closely with clients to organize every aspect of their trip from researching destinations and comparing options to managing reservations and keeping group travel plans on track.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with group organizers to understand travel objectives, budgets, and scheduling needs
  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation, and group vacation packages
  • Develop customized travel proposals tailored to each group's preferences
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and event-related travel services
  • Assist with managing rooming lists, reservation details, and group booking timelines
  • Communicate booking updates, travel requirements, promotions, and itinerary information
  • Collaborate with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm availability
  • Review travel documents and booking information to ensure accuracy before departure
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, payments, and reservations
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and while supporting travelers before departure

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, event planning, tourism, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a remote environment
  • Comfortable learning web-based booking systems and digital communication platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
