Construction Painter

As one of the largest nonprofit development, construction, and property management organizations in New York, we manage more than 2,000 residential units across the state.

Location would be at our Tupper Lake, NY construction site located at 116 Demars Blvd. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm. Pay Range is $17-$24/hr DOE for painters and $25-$30/hr DOE for lead painter.

The Construction Painter is responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces for new construction, rehabilitation, and renovation projects. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality finishes that enhance the appearance, durability, and value of Housing Visions properties. The Construction Painter works closely with the construction team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, project specifications, and applicable building codes.
