We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join an acute care setting in Turlock, California. This role offers the flexibility to work exclusively in inpatient, outpatient, or a combination of both settings depending on your preference and clinical interests. You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, helping patients recover from surgery, illness, injury, and medically complex conditions. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments in acute care, inpatient, and/or outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, transfer training, and functional rehabilitation interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety precautions, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
Requirements
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

• Experience or clinical exposure in acute care, inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, or geriatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt to a variety of patient populations and clinical settings
