Job DetailsJob Location: Valley Milk, LLC - Turlock, CA 95380Salary Range: $23.00 - $29.00 Hourly Perform as a member of the Operations Team. This person will be cross-trained in various positions to include raw milk receiving, wet process, dryer process, and other aspects of the facility.  Job Duties: Raw Milk Receiving Department  Unload tankers safely and properly while achieving minimum established targets CIP tankers and silos. Properly CIP silos and tankers maintaining time management of silos and all associated documentation Load out cream while achieving all quality and customer requirements Complete of all master sanitation and maintaining a clean and professional environment control loss Actively seek root causes and resolution to limit product losses Promote and adhere to all plant and regulatory policies and procedures Responsible of ensuring all GMP, HACCP, safety and all plant, documentation and regulatory policies and procedures are complied with in the receiving area  Wet Process Department  Adhere and follow procedures and recipes to ensure high quality products are manufactured Ensure all product produced is within accepted specifications Responsible for operation of wet process equipment (Start, run and shutdown Separator, Evaporator, and Cream Pasteurizer) Accurately and effectively complete all required quality checks and reporting Execute CIP of the evaporator and all associated equipment Execute CIP of all equipment associated with evaporator performance Perform all chemical tests Complete and store all required documents Promote and follow all plant and regulatory policies and procedures Ensure all GMP, HACCP, safety and all plant, documentation and regulatory policies and procedures are complied with in the evaporator area Achieve all production goals (KPI's) Report and document all reasons targets are not met Dryer Department Maintain a clean and sanitary environment Perform all master sanitation Maintain general housekeeping of the dryer area Perform operational and system tasks required to start, run and shutdown the dryer Ability to perform hook-ups for the dryer and all associated equipment Execute all required quality checks and reporting Perform tasks in a timely manner Perform duties in a timely and thorough manner allowing the operator to CIP the dryer in minimal time Perform all chemical tests Complete and store all required documents Promote and follow all plant and regulatory policies and procedures Ensure all GMP, HACCP, safety and all plant, documentation and regulatory policies and procedures are complied with in the dryer area Achieve all production goals (KPI's) Report and document all reasons targets are not met Follow all VM GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business  QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of 6 months on the job training with experienced personnel is required in order to operate process.  Adaptable and flexible to schedule change requirements  Ability to proficiently operate forklifts after receiving Lift Truck Operator training. Proficient in basic math and reading comprehension.
