GENERAL PURPOSE
Perform duties specific to seasonal assignment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Operate various equipment throughout plant including cheese manufacturing and packaging equipment
· Ensure all equipment is operating properly.
· Perform cleaning of equipment and document results as necessary
· Monitor the quality of product and report any issues to Leadperson, QC Department and/or Supervisory staff promptly
· Follow DFA’s GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements
· Maintain a clean work environment and perform clean-up duties between shifts as required
· Perform all work safely according to company policy, reporting an unsafe condition immediately.
· Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective actions when necessary for a critical control point as part of the plant HACCP plan.
· Ensure all documentation is done correctly and turned in promptly.
· Perform any other duties as required to meet production demands.

- 3pm &11pm Rotating Shift
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework, or undergraduate degree depending upon the internship or intern assignment
- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
