❤️ What You'll Do
As an MHRT, you'll support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses as they live meaningful, independent lives.
Your days might include:
- Going on community outings
- Helping someone achieve personal goals
- Supporting daily living skills
- Sharing laughs and building relationships
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Being a positive part of someone's day
No two days are exactly the same, and that's what makes this work so rewarding!
Who We're Looking For
You are:
- At least 18 years old
- A high school graduate or have a GED
- Reliable and compassionate
- Ready to learn and grow
- Able to pass background and driving checks
- In possession of a valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
Most importantly, you care about helping others succeed.

2nd Shift Tuesday through Saturday
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
