Your Role

Inspect completed buildings using our quality checklist
Ensure all products meet company standards; return for rework if needed
Identify patterns in quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and share findings with the Operations Manager

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of residential construction experience
QC experience MUST be from carpentry or construction related roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change
Excellent communication skills for addressing quality issues
