We are growing and expanding our team of highly skilled and talented cheesemakers and operators! Be part of making award winning Mascarpone & Ricotta cheese. Work with cheese processing, automated packaging and sanitation systems & equipment. Responsibilities include operation of equipment, set up and adjustments of the machine, quality inspections, troubleshooting, paperwork and sanitation duties. We have day shift (4A-4P) & night shift (4P-4A) positions available. We run 24/7 and follow a 2-2-3 shift rotation: Sun Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Week 1 OFF Workday Workday OFF OFF Workday Workday Week 2 Workday OFF OFF Workday Workday OFF OFF Why work for us?
