Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift. Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, push housekeeping carts, bend, reach, and stand/walk for long periods. Willingness to learn cleaning procedures, brand standards, and WHM expectations. Good communication skills, especially when working with supervisors and team members. Comfortable interacting with guests in a warm and respectful manner. Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required—training is provided.
