What You’ll Own

Turn drawings and specs into clear, accurate, competitive estimates
Drive take-offs, vendor pricing, and scope development
Ask the questions others miss—and get ahead of issues early
Work directly with clients, designers, and internal teams to tighten scope and uncover value engineering opportunities
Build proposals that don’t just check boxes—but win work
Set up Project Managers for success with clean, complete handoffs

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is wired for details and accountability

You don’t need 10+ years of experience.
