Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience
- 2+/- years of experience in related field of work
Proficiency:
- Plastic shaping, specialization injection molding
- Organizational structures
- Construction of injection molding machines
- Tools
- Construction of used plastics
- Specific requirements of individual molded parts
- Removal technique
- Programming technique
- Programming technique CNC
- Pneumatics
Main Duties:
- Construction and building of removal grippers
- Construction and building of devices with the purpose of rationalization
- Procurement, commissioning and optimization of periphery machines
- Sampling of new tools and materials
- Starting up and optimization of machines
- Making suggestions to improve the used processes and working methods
- Coordination of process data with material producers
- Sampling/Setting up for new products
- Process approval of customer projects fitters
Special Responsibility:
- Compliance of the safety regulations
- Handling with the indoor crane
- Using the lifting tackle
- Training and instruction of young talent
- Check the production statistics
- Order and safety
- Monitoring of the production quality
- Fitter training
