We have a new location opening this fall and are looking for experienced Lead Teachers to join our growing team at our newest location!

Position Details
  •  Full-time, year-round position 
  •  Start date: August 2026
  •  Lead Teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year
What You'll Do
  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's growth.
  • Plan and lead activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and skill development.
  • Establish a nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
  • Provide attentive care and guidance to support each child's individual needs and developmental milestones.
  • Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and regular updates.
What We're Looking For
  •  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early learning setting. 
  •  Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. 
  •  Experience planning and implementing engaging curriculum and managing a classroom environment. 
  •  Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. 
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. 
  •  Current PA clearances and First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire. 
  •  A nurturing, dependable professional who is passionate about helping young children learn and grow.
