The Assembler III is an essential part of our manufacturing team, helping bring complex, high‑precision products to life. In this role, you’ll assemble detailed components and products that meet strict quality and performance standards. You’ll work closely with our engineering and quality teams, collaborating to resolve assembly challenges and support ongoing improvements across the production process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable interpreting technical drawings and using specialized tools. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our products are reliable, built to specification, and ready for their next stage of production or shipment.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in manufacturing or assembly processes (e.g., IPC certification).
  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from specifications, documenting and reporting any quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot assembly problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including time, materials used, and any deviations from standard procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and prevent accidents.

Skills:

  • The required skills enable the Assembler III to accurately interpret complex technical drawings and follow precise assembly instructions, ensuring product quality and consistency. 
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential for efficient and safe assembly operations. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills are used daily to identify and resolve assembly issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. For California, the salary range for this position is: $23.01 - $39.35 per hour
