This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow from application through closing while delivering a high level of service to both internal and external customers. Essential Functions Coordinate loan files from initial application through closing, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained Review loan files for completeness and accuracy in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements Communicate with borrowers to collect documentation, provide status updates, and answer process-related questions Assist loan officers in clearing exceptions, missing documentation, and loan file deficiencies Compile and organize applicant financial information, including credit, financial statements, and supporting documents Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation as requested Assist with loan closing preparation, including verification of required signatures, approvals, and documentation Coordinate with internal staff, title companies, and third parties to support timely loan closings Maintain loan pipeline tracking, checklists, and document ticklers to ensure timely processing Provide general administrative and operational support to lending staff This list includes the current primary responsibilities of this position. QualificationsPosition Requirements High school diploma or GED required, additional coursework in finance, business, or accounting preferred Prior banking or lending support experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with both internal team members and customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to learn and utilize bank lending systems, document imaging and tracking tools Other Requirements Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check Occasional local travel to other bank locations, meetings, or training events may be required This is an in-office position and requires availability during standard business hours to support lending staff and customers
