Your Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule classrooms via Range Facilities Management Support System (RFMSS) for units requesting a training venue
  • Assist personnel in the creation of RFMSS accounts, and coordinates as appropriate to process late requests
  • Provide consultation with event organizers seeking to utilize the OTC
  • Coordinates training and usage of the OTC based upon priority levels established in the CCO; exercise good judgement and authority to cancel and coordinate rescheduling of a class if higher-level priority training becomes necessary
  • Coordinate event details, logistics, equipment availability, and materials for scheduled classrooms and conference rooms daily
  • Prepare slides daily detailing classroom schedules and utilization
  • Coordinate delivery of classroom materials and equipment and logistics for equipment storage
  • Prepare monthly reports of equipment inventory
  • Maintain and update Key Master Log
  • Process reconciliation on work orders for office maintenance requests.
  • Conduct daily/weekly and as-needed RFMSS updates detailing occupied classrooms, no shows, and same day requests
  • Prepare weekly RFMSS utilization reports, maintain and update logs, and prepare various other status reports
  • Liaise with unit coordinators and ensure compliance of Combat Center Order (CCO) 3120.2.
  • Verifies building usage data is correct via building logbook and BEARMAT usage data on a quarterly basis
  • Assists units with the operation of the audio/visual equipment located in the OTC. This includes, but is not limited to, computers, proxima’s, audio visual equipment such as VCR, DVD, whiteboards, the automated integrated system internal to the department, etc.
  • Troubleshoots problems with the classroom audio visual systems and makes minor repairs, adjustments or coordinates replacement of equipment as necessary
  • Reports facility maintenance issues to Section Supervisor and produces facility maintenance requests for submission to the Public Works Department (PWD)
  • Notifies BEARMAT of unit occupation and unit departure from G3 owned classrooms.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
