You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will review and approve incoming ingredients and packaging, maintain equipment calibration, and perform all program swabbing throughout the production facility. You will help ensure we meet our food safety and quality requirements to produce and provide high quality product to our consumers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of food safety and quality experience in a food processing plant.

  • Experience/knowledge in SAP.

Education / Certifications: High School Diploma

Other Required Physical Demands :

  • Visual/verbal/auditory acuity – far sighted/near sighted/color vision, auditory and verbal skills

  • Exposure to temperature – heat and below freezing temperatures inside and out

  • Slippery floors – requires balance and agility inside and outside

  • Work with and/or around: moving conveyors, various automated equipment, lift trucks, manual equipment, allergens including soy, peanut and tree nut, and airborne powders

  • Tolerate and work at heights of up to 30 ft

  • Sensory acuity including taste, touch, and smell

Work schedule: E Shift (18:00-06:00)

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $26.73/hr. In addition, this position offers an annual incentive program of a target of 5% of your salary.
