Job Responsibilities

STEP UP. SUPPORT THE TEAM. KEEP THE PIZZA HOT.

As a Lead at Little Caesars, you help guide the crew and keep the store running efficiently. You lead by example, pitch in where needed, and make sure every pizza and guest experience meets our high standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with training and coaching crew members
  • Support daily operations including food prep, cooking, and service
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • Help manage inventory and stock levels
  • Provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude
  • Take initiative to solve problems and keep the team motivated
  • Work closely with management to meet store goals


Qualifications

  • Previous food service or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and customer-focused
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Pay Range: $7 per hour - $9 per hour

Physical Requirements
