As our Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the primary connection between our crew and our customers. You will combine your automotive knowledge and friendly personality to advise drivers, guide sales, and inspire the shop team to deliver exceptional service every day.

• Customer Experience & Service Sales:

  • Greet every driver with enthusiasm and an outgoing, welcoming attitude.

  • Consult with customers on their vehicle’s manufacturer-recommended service schedule and dealer guidelines.

  • Educate vehicle owners on our comprehensive service offerings, demonstrating that Grease Monkey goes far beyond basic oil changes.

  • Provide prompt, accurate price quotes and explain service packages with complete transparency.

  • Translate complex automotive needs into simple, easy-to-understand recommendations.

• Team Leadership & Drive:

  • Serve as a positive influence on the shop floor—motivating, encouraging, and inspiring your team to hit goals and maintain high service standards.

  • Drive revenue by confidently matching customer needs with the right maintenance solutions.

  • Handle register transactions, invoices, and administrative duties smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Automotive Aptitude: Working knowledge of car maintenance and automotive mechanics.

• Sales & Service Mindset: Proven ability to communicate clearly, give precise quotes, and close sales by building trust.

• Energetic Leader: An outgoing personality who stays motivated and knows how to bring out the best in those around them.
