Allied Plastics is looking for a Quality Technician to join our team in Twin Lakes, WI!  As a Quality Technician at Allied Plastics, you’ll play an important role in making sure our products meet the highest standards while supporting our passionate, hardworking, and customer-focused culture. If you have a strong background in quality, manufacturing, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! As a Quality Technician, you will work directly within our fast-paced thermoforming manufacturing facility, partnering with production and other team members to identify quality concerns, support continuous improvement, and ensure customer requirements are met. We’re looking for a Quality Technician with hands-on manufacturing experience, a strong understanding of production part approval process (PPAP), and the ability to confidently analyze and resolve quality issues. Plastics manufacturing experience is preferred and will give a Quality Technician a great advantage in this role. The ideal Quality Technician is detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and passionate about doing things right. This role is an excellent fit for an experienced Quality Technician, Quality Specialist, or PPAP Technician who understands how quality impacts production, customers, and the entire organization. If you have experience working as a PPAP Technician, you’ll have an opportunity to put that expertise to work while continuing to grow your skills. A successful PPAP Technician knows how to manage documentation, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving forward. Our next Quality Technician should also be comfortable collaborating with production teams and stepping in to solve problems when quality challenges arise.
