Description
We are seeking a MIG Welder Fabricator to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.
The ideal candidate arrives for work on time and is receptive to learning. He/ she takes pride in their work and values being productive and efficient.
As a team member, you will always know where you stand and if standards are met, can be here as long as you desire. We have team members with 40+ years tenure as well as multigeneration.
Opportunities for additional training and increased skill set are available with additional compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
- Install and repair various equipment and components
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
- Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
Compensation:
Competitive and negotiable based on skill and experience.
HOURS: 45/WEEK
1ST SHIFT 6-4 Mon-Thur. 6-11 Fri.

Requirements
- Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
- Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload
