The Construction Coordinator role is an apprenticeship for students coming out of high school who are looking for opportunities in the construction industry. Participants will have access to on-the-job training, mentorship, and development opportunities. The program is a one-year minimum commitment with tremendous growth potential within the industry.

Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Implement Crisis Control Plan

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with weekly job site safety inspections聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with daily guardrail / hole cover / safety net inspection聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attend daily/weekly safety meetings聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with verifying materials being installed match submittals and contract drawings

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help maintain QAP Program in Procore

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with material tracking log and material being on-site

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with development of final punch list聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understanding of project schedules

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with RFI and submittal processes

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document control management聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attend weekly trade partner meetings

Requirements:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to work 40 hours per week

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong written and verbal communication skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid Driver鈥檚 License required
