Diesel Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime, keeping our operations running smoothly.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of diesel and non-diesel equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and support.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to enhance repair efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry advancements and techniques, fueling your professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
- Ability to perform inspections and repairs without supervision in some (not all required) of the following: heavy truck or automotive systems, suspensions, steering, general engine, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drive train, and diesel emissions.
- ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus but not required.
- LNG and/or CNG experience is a plus, but not required.
