Job DetailsJob Location: 710 - East Texas - Tyler, TX 75703Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School/ GEDTravel Percentage: No Local Travel (0%)Job Category: Administration & Support ServicesThe Program Assistant provides support to a program or department by performing the duties outlined below as assigned by management. The Program Assistant is a good communicator, both spoken and written correspondence. The successful candidate is organized, and completes data entries as assigned. The Program Assistant possesses excellent customer service skills, problem solving ability and possesses strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple systems.   Generate and review Attendance Notification reports from Kinder System. Identify and analyze attendance issues by comparing data between KinderTrak and KinderConnect systems.  Report discrepancies to appropriate department.   Contact customers to verify whether children are actively attending. Report confirmed cases of non-attendance to the appropriate department in a timely manner Track and monitor provider reporting in Smartsheet on a weekly basis. Provider technical support to customers requiring assistance with the Kinder Connect system, including navigating features and resolving usage issues.   Coordinate with Kinder System helpdesk to troubleshoot issues. Track and manage processes using IssueTrak system Assist other departments as needed. Performs other duties as assigned  QualificationsEducation A High School Diploma/GED is required for this role.
