Administering medications and treatments as ordered. Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition. Educating residents and families on care plans. What you'll bring: Unencumbered Texas RN license. CPR Certification Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations. Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.
