  • Coach, train, and support Wireless Specialists to improve sales, customer service, and overall performance.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and address performance or conduct concerns when needed.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor and create a positive, professional, customer-focused environment.
  • Assist customers with activations, upgrades, account changes, payments, equipment purchases, troubleshooting, retention, and service needs.
  • Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, policies, and procedures.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling for the store.
  • Delegate responsibilities and follow up to make sure store tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee opening and closing, cash handling, deposits, inventory, merchandising, security, supplies, and general store operations.
  • Ensure company policies, Verizon requirements, customer privacy standards, and operational procedures are followed.
  • Conduct approved outbound sales, customer follow-up, retention, and lead-generation activities.
  • Build relationships in the local community and participate in outreach activities that support store growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, employee performance, and store operations.
  • Participate in required meetings, training, reporting, and company initiatives.
  • Support other store locations or business needs when requested.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
  • Perform sales duties as a regular part of the position and assist wherever needed to support the team and store.
