Position Overview
As a Heating Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Hydronic heat, heat pumps, brazing, soldering, pipefitting, chillers, and HDPE fusion experience a plus. Diagnose and repair heating systems including boilers, furnaces, geothermal systems.
- Accurately troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair.Â
- Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC/heating & cooling experience, including some geothermal experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hydronic systems, boilers and high-efficiency equipment.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
