Regularly inspect equipment. Must have knowledge of standby equipment and systems layout. Must know start-up/shut-down procedures. Maintain efficient operation of Boilers. Maintain good housekeeping. Communicate with Machine Room any operational issues.   Required Skills/Abilities: Mechanical skills and abilities. Mechanical troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
