What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate ready mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites
• Inspect vehicle before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working condition
• Maintain accurate delivery, ticketing, and vehicle inspection documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
• Adhere consistently to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate professionally
• Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
